She enjoys working with founders and emerging leaders, bringing the perspective of an entrepreneur who has built and scaled a business firsthand.

Deepali has received multiple accolades for her entrepreneurial journey and has broken several glass ceilings along the way. Yet what she values most is the culture of ownership, resilience, and a can-do attitude she has helped build across Precision’s teams.

A true believer in “lift as you climb,” Deepali is passionate about seeing more women step into leadership and inspiring the next generation to pursue entrepreneurship. She actively mentors emerging entrepreneurs and leaders, sharing her experiences, opening doors where she can, and encouraging others to think bigger, take calculated risks, and build with purpose. For her, success is not only about how far you go, but also about how many people you help move forward along the way.

Deepali has also been an active voice for the technology industry. She founded and led a policy advocacy committee representing more than 2,000 IT services companies in the US, engaging with lawmakers on Capitol Hill to advocate for fair policies, educate policymakers, and address issues affecting technology businesses and their workforce.

Outside of work, Deepali values time with family, travel, and experiences that expose her to new people, cultures, and perspectives. She brings that same curiosity and openness to how she approaches life, leadership, and what comes next.

With more than two decades of leadership experience, Sreedhar has built a career helping organizations grow, transform and innovate. He has successfully launched several new businesses, led global organizations of more than 20,000 professionals, and built high-performing teams across North America, Europe and Asia, enabling enterprises to scale operations, build new capabilities and navigate complex transformation.

Sreedhar holds a master's in software engineering from BITS, Pilani. His academic foundation, combined with decades of global leadership experience, has shaped his pragmatic approach to technology, innovation and AI transformation.

Prior to Precision, Sreedhar held leadership roles at Cognizant, McKinsey & Company and Qualitest, where he helped global enterprises accelerate technology transformation, scale engineering capabilities and unlock new avenues for growth.

A recognized thought leader and industry speaker, Sreedhar has delivered multiple TEDx talks on leadership, innovation, and coaching. He is also an active advisor and investor in emerging AI companies, with a keen interest in technologies that solve complex business challenges and create meaningful enterprise value.

Sreedhar is a lifelong learner. His purpose is to be the light to help provide both warmth and clarity.

He is an outdoorsman who enjoys his time hiking and spending quality time with the family. He is an avid golfer, although his scores might not reflect his passion for the sport.
